Susie Gamble, RDH
Susie has been with Narrows Family Dentistry since November of 2008. Susie feels the most important part of dentistry is educating the patient. With more than 28 years of dental experience that includes chairside assisting, dental hygiene, and insurance billing, Susie is well-versed in dental procedures as well as any billing or insurance matters that patients need assistance with. She will gladly meet with you and explain your treatment options and create a financial plan that is suitable for you. It is quite possible that you will see Susie assisting the doctor or as your dental hygienist as her first love is working with patients one on one.
Diane Warras, RDH
Diane has worked in the dental field since 1981. She received her Dental Hygiene License from UAB in 1985, and has lived in Birmingham since 1996. She relocated to Birmingham from Orlando, Florida where she worked in Oral Surgery and Periodontics at the Orlando Naval Training Center. Also while in Orlando, she completed her professional pilot training at Comair’s Aviation Academy. Her special dental interests include researching the latest in oral health care products and practices as well as working to create custom home care plans for her patients.
Diane has been a vital part of this practice since 2006. Diane takes pride in the close relationships she has established with her patients over the years. As a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled professional, she promises to provide the best care available in improving and maintaining your oral health while also striving to make every visit a warm and comfortable experience.
Diane enjoys traveling with her husband Dave and spending time with her family. She loves working on craft projects at home like sewing, painting, and upholstering furniture.
Adrienne Franklin
Adrienne is our dental assistant. Starting her career in the early 90′s, Adrienne then took time off to be a stay-at-home mom for her 3 sons, Hayden, Austin, and Landen and recently returned to dentistry. Adrienne, along with her husband Michael stay quite busy outside the office with their three boys and their respective sports football, soccer, and wrestling.
Adrienne has been with the practice since January of 2009 and enjoys assisting Dr. Gaxiola. As a team they strive to provide quality care for all patients. Adrienne specializes in getting to know you and in making you comfortable before your dental procedure begins. She is also happy to answer any questions that may arise during your appointment. You may also see Adrienne at the front desk, as the whole staff is trained to work around the office.
